Since I would not be at a wedding unless I was drinking, I would not be there with a sidearm.

If other people were there carrying sidearms and were drinking, I would not be there.

Your logic where the mere presence of guns = more shootings would have everyone believing that a police station would be the most unsafe place on earth with all those cops armed, all the other guns in their trunks as well as guns stored in the station.

At a gun range i should be panicking as well, each guy has 2-5 guns and they're all shooting them. Yet there hasn't been a single death at a gun range in the gta as far as i can remember, yet there were several downtown toronto where innocent people got shot, at the shopping mall (eaton cener), at a bbq, and pretty much every other day at a random location in the gta.

So how is that theory working out?

As for the wedding i'd rather be in the presence of 1,000 c+c holders who were carrying than 1 criminal. Until you can distinguish between the two you will never get it.

By opening up the doors to C&C ytou are allowing the Liklihood of insane people carrying weapons.

You do realize that in order to get concealed carry in canada as RARE as it is you have to have a license, go through the background checks, purchase the firearm legally, demonstrate that you can SAFELY use it eh?

Hey did you know that concealed carry holder in the states are less likely to commit a crime vs regular citizens? That kinda blows your entire theory out the window, unless your wedding is full of gang bangers with illegal firearms
