Or unlike us they live and work with their community. Plus I am sure they had higher priorities that day vs. some people having fun.
I think in California the cops have drag racing night with the community. Cops bring cars, shut down a street and race with people in the community. And the community polices itself to keep others from ruining things or giving the cops a hard time.
God forbid we adopt a policing system that promotes living with the community they serve (and pays them).
Oh wait...our cops got booted out of the Pride parade, lol
