These people are useless. 2+ months now, 4 "service technicians" and i use that term lightly. Two of them couldn't even speak english. Wires from house to utility pole replaced. Wire on the damn utility pole replaced. Wires and cable ends inside the house replaced. Three visits to the rogers store to replace my "faulty" modem dealing with people who have the combined iq of a bagel.
I lost count of how many hours i spent with "mike" or "bob" on technical support who too seem to have a problem speaking english. They'll take an hour bouncing my call from one person to the next and every single damn one of them has to verify my name, phone number, address, birthday, shoe size...
And then at the end of all of this they don't want to credit me because i still downloaded quite a bit when it was actually working.
How could a company be this useless?
