Out of all the major cities in North America(yes I've been in them all except seattle), from my experience Toronto has the worst cabs. I'd take Uber any day. Usually when I'm downtown I'd rather walk the few blocks or take ttc. Also agreed the worst drivers on the roads in the city are cabs.
