Getting conflicting opinions.

Some are saying it only closes at lower rpm to reduce noise. Others that it helps with low end torque...

Can't cut through the bs on this one, anyone know what the deal is with these damn valves?

What valve are you talking about? I'm an old school 2T guy. I'm not up with all the new 4T technology. Is it like the ex-up valve used on 4T's?
