Started off as a car mechanic in the 90s. Then body, paint, parts counter and eventually service advisor. Then service manager at a shop. Owned my own shop after that. Now machine operator/mechanic for a steel manufacturer. Needed away from cars and their owners for the sake of their health

I've tried a lot of things...
Construction worker (concrete floors), soldier, truck driver, (a brief six years in university), GIS technician, environmental consultant, teacher, professor, and now a supervisor for a part of a company called 'revenue verification' which ensures our customers actually paid us what they declared they owe us.... it's complicated.
I used to get bored easily... I'm now 3 years in my current job and thinking about what I could/should do next.

Then went into the corporate world and been there since, now doing Governance and risk assessment.
