Should there be a Time Limit on Rape accusations, or Molestation accusations ?
or maybe an age limit for such..
Like if you are over 18 when it happened you have so many days to file a complaint
or if under the age of 18, its something longer...
thoughts ?
the reason Yetti asks.. many women say they dont ever go forward, then Years later they have a "moment" or something then press charges, But if they Know they only have so many days it would make it easier for convictions.

I don't know about a set time limit, but the longer one goes without reporting means that even less or no evidence would remain.
If a rape victim reports the crime immediately, maybe bodily fluids can be analyzed, bruises can be photographed, any video footage that may exist could be sought, etc.
If enough time has passed that it is just a he-said/she-said case, then toss it out. Can't ruin a person's life without some evidence.
Oh and if you're "raped" and go back for more and then don't report it for 15 or more years you deserve the title of gold digging whore when it supposedly involving someone famous/rich. That whole mess is just another joke for the media to amuse themselves with
