Alright i added the "Recent Threads" button to the top of the navigation bar, also got a back to the top button on the right hand side. Couldn't get the page navigation to be at the bottom, so hopefully this is a bit helpful

Not a technical issue, more a social one. Some years ago a similar board was created, for similar reasons; GTAM had become a nanny-state. A nice young fellow started a new forum and all was well for several months until this one guy joined. He had an agenda, something to do with saving seals or some such. Long story short, there were lawsuits, the site was shut down, lots of grief for lots of people. I'm all in favour of free speech but the greater the freedom, the greater the responsibility to use it wisely. I'd hate to see anyone here get caught up in any kind of mess.

Reading the terms and conditions of this (and most updated) boards, there seems to be some layer of distancing from the crazy's that may appear from time to time.
I don't see this place as a free-for-all mad max wild outback situation, but at least you don't have to watch every fucking word or censor your thought because you might offend a mod having a bad day.

A shitstorm followed. Same guy was involved in numerous other conflicts with various groups and individuals, right up to Paul Watson of Greenpeace fame. Guy was from Brampton, rode a Gixxer I think. Anyway, it's just a cautionary tale.

If it comes down to that, or spammers, obvious trolls, etc, I don't think any of us here are entirely against banning anyone... it's just the mods are way too trigger happy at GTAM.
I've never been banned at GTAM, but I have received numerous infractions for very minor and arguably harmless things, and am tired of it.
One should not have to tread lightly around mods... and some of the mods at GTAM take their role way too seriously.
