I bought a harbor freight folding trailer a while back and plan to put a deck on it soon.
I plan to use 5/8" plywood, but am wondering if I should use pressure treated or regular plywood. The trailer is not left outside during the winter, but it likely will be left outside most of the summer.
The reason I am considering not using pressure treated is because I was thinking about painting the top with that gritty deck paint or truck bed liner or something similar so it isn't slippery when wet. I've read that painting pressure treated can be done, but you have to wait a few months to let it dry out a bit first.
Second... what bolts should I use to secure the deck?
I want something that will sit flush, so I was thinking of either stainless button head screws in M10 like this:
Or elevator bolts like this:
I suppose I could just use stainless or galvanized carriage bolts as well.
What do you recommend, and where is the cheapest place to buy them?

No I didn't, I only use it to transport my bike back and forth to the track so countersinking was not worth the effort for me. I used standard hex bolts, washers and nuts.
I think that may be the thread? I bought the trailer off f1mauro, but no bearing buddies. Had them on a previous trailer and they sure make things easier, but I'd agree if they're loose, something ain't right.
