I think we can all agree that Toronto prices are outrageous.

For a cool millie, you can buy a 3000 - 3500 Sq ft, detached, double car garage, 4 bedroom + in Durham region.

There's more to the GTA than Toronto.

Just as downtown TO is ridiculous, so is Manhattan. So, maybe not as far off? Gotta consider demand for space in those centers. Just north of TO, you have to still go just above a MIL for the 3000 - 3500 Sq footer.
