I prefer more interesting fonts. Move the font up though... over the skyline to be more independent. In line with the observation deck. Makes it easier to read and highlights it.
I like the more graphic skyline, it's more interesting and less of just a silhouette.
Personally, I won't put the font there. Too much going on
