The guy just admitted to attempted murder. Even if passing on double yellow was illegal (and it's not), the dumb fuck deliberately attempted to run them down. I hope the Crown grows a spine and lays proper charges against that piece of trash.
I think I read about it being 2 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Definitely.. If convicted (and I don't see why not, considering the confession on video), even in Canada, he'd be facing enough jail time for it to be close enough to a life sentence. I hope he shares a cell with a 1%er.
