I think the level of idiocy there was small and excusable.. Basically she didn't just film the story and became a part of the story. What she was really doing is assisting law enforcement in apprehending a criminal and for that she got lynched to the point where she can't find work any more. Must have some sort of an angle to make up for the loss of livelihood and from what I understand, Facebook staff twirled their thumbs while she reported lynch mobs that violated their policies, while they were quick to remove any groups supportive of her. In the end, that is protected free speech by Facebook, but that doesn't mean you're not responsible for how you use it.
