There are a lot of moving pieces and factors in every NFL play that the casual fan overlooks.
I get the hockey thing. It's simple. They put the puck in the net and try to do it as many times as possible with 5 guys on the ice.
When you double the number of players in play and all have different positions, things get interesting. Not for everyone but you at least gotta give it a proper chance.
